Purge Zone (also known as COVID-19: Invasion or Lockdown) is a raw, high-stakes 2026 full action thriller and post-apocalyptic survival movie set in a shattered future where a deadly pandemic has destroyed civilization. Years after a lethal viral outbreak reduces the global population to a desperate fraction, fear, paranoia, and hysteria take complete control of society. Believing that homeless refugees and displaced survivors hiding inside an abandoned school are actively carrying and spreading the deadly disease, an aggressive, heavily armed vigilante militia—led by the imposing Rex (WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash, John Wick, The Punisher)—surrounds the building to execute a terrifying, lethal purge. Unaware of the impending massacre, Courtney (Stephanie Kae Smith) finds herself trapped inside the locked-down facility. When her brother Dean (David D. Ford) discovers that his sister is marked for execution, he embarks on a desperate, high-stakes one-man rescue mission. Outgunned and hopelessly outnumbered by gun-toting vigilantes, Dean must rely on old-school 1980s-style action tactics to brawl, sneak, and shoot his way room-by-room through the militia-controlled hallways before Rex and his ruthless enforcers wipe out everyone inside.
